We are looking for an innovative Ruby Test Engineer who values team work and strives to work with a company that values quality software as much as you do.

As a Software Test Engineer you will

- Develop clear and effective automated regression tests using Ruby on Rails

- Work alongside fellow testers, developers and business users to develop high quality software

- Quickly pick up on new testing practices and tools

- Capture and transform business requirements into detailed test specifications

- Perform exploratory testing of new and existing features

- Partner with developers to develop automated GUI and integration tests

- An understanding of and enthusiasm for Agile/SCRUM methodologies

- Ability to work in Berkeley Heights, NJ and New York City

- US Citizenship required

- Strong interpersonal skills

- A strong desire to learn and develop technical skills

- Some comfort with working in a Linux command line environment

- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot, Cucumber, JMeter, and Selenium

- Experience using continuous integration build tools

- An understanding of the principles used in creating effective automated tests

- Experience programming in Object-Oriented Languages – Ruby experience is a huge plus
